Here there is a blank page where your story (as you see it) will live. It can feature photos and story and be as much as you like (or as little!).
A preservationist at heart, always on the lookout for the next adventure!
Born in the 50’s, I am a hippie chick, riding the edge between trendy hip and vintage nostalgia. I crave clean lines and simplicity
My husband is a Mr. Fix It. He’s literally the glue that keeps it all together. He’s made some awesome furniture from found objects as well as reconstructed many pieces.
Vintage is in my blood. My great-grandfather gave me a splint basket for my bike when I was eight ( I still have it) .
A pin cushion doll belonged to my MOM and 3 generations of my family have worked on making an itty bitty yo-yo quilt that will only cover the end of a twin bed. !
My Aunt Beryl (my Godmother) had a house full of antiques that was always warm and welcoming- I like to think I take after her!!
I had a memory filled childhood. My Mom had three sisters and two brothers and they all had 3 -4 – 5 children- so lots of cousins to play with. I had city cousins and country cousins and in the 50s-60s you could run all day around the neighborhood or fields and hit back home when the streetlights came on or you got hungry!
I’ve begun traveling the US quite a bit and you will see items from my travels listed very soon. Mostly East Coast and Mid South~~
