Every item I sell is vintage, or crafted with vintage items. Timeworn, means an item may have what some people would consider flaws. I endeavor to make clear any imperfections. Sometimes, I may overlook something and for that I apologize in advance. I’m not here to take advantage of you. I am h u m a n . Vintage means in most cases used, worn. Not to worn out- I will explain the best of my ability the item listed.
Can I get additional information/photos of the item?
Absolutely! Please reach out with any questions you have PRIOR to your purchase and I will do my best to assist you.
What if I’m not sure about ordering?
Online purchases are one of those subjective things. You can’t feel it or touch it – I will provide you with additional photos or more info as you request. HAPPY to do it. I love my shop and am here to do what it takes to provide you with a most wonderful shopping experience.

Returns + Exchanges

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Kindly Contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order, if you experience any problems. I accept returns or exchange of items up to 7 days after purchase. I will refund you your purchase price with the initial shipping.
If the item is being returned for any reason other than it was not as described, the return shipping is your responsibility.
Please, please contact me before you ship it back as to why your are returning and when it should arrive. I will refund when I receive the item in its original-shipped to you condition.

PayPal and Direct Checkout are the payment options available. Once payment is received, your order will ship within 1-2 business days – sometimes depending on the time of day ~ it will ship same day.
6% sales tax will be added for Michigan residents.
Your purchase will be shipped to the address you provide as the shipping address during checkout.
All vintage orders will be carefully wrapped and packed in recycled boxes where possible and shipped by USPS unless otherwise noted. Tracking and insurance is included at no additional charge to you
Transit times are provided by the carrier ( USPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, especially on peak periods. If you have an urgent need for an item, please contact me and I will do my best.
International orders* are quoted our best guess at shipping charges, if we are more than a few dollars too short, you will be contacted to pay for the difference in cost. At that time, you may choose to cancel your order, or pay the difference.
If you would like a quote before placing an order, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding. I LOVE international customers-I am always delights to give you a quote for shipping- as USPS has increased their rates considerably.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages or items lost or stolen during transit.
