Unsigned example . It is a charm bracelet with 3 charms of the Geisha, a snake, and rice paddy worker, these rotate inside the circle. several green plastic beads and baubles dangle, which were supposed to mimic jade. It has a fold over clasp.
It measures 7 inches. Charms are
1 1/4″ diameter
As a piece that is close to 65 years old so there is some darkening of the gold tone, mostly on the clasp, it is in good condition for it’s age but it is an old piece and that’s vintage.
In the 1950’s there was a huge fascination with Asia particularly China and Japan which were called the Orient and all things “Oriental” were popular so you’ll find a lot of mid-century jewelry with an Asian theme. The word “orient” means East.
