Payment for Online Orders
All online sales must be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Paypal. GRVLRoad accepts payment from the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.
Once an order is submitted, GRVLRoad cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment.
Once payment is received, your order will ship within 1-2 business days – sometimes depending on the time of day ~ it will ship same day.
6% sales tax will be added for Michigan residents.
GRVLRoad offers limited international shipping. Please note that international orders may take up to a month to arrive and may be subject to additional restrictions or duties, which vary by country and the contents of your order. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to order seeds or products that exceed that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit. GRVLRoad has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.
Packages returned to GRVLRoad due to a failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Kindly Contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order, if you experience any problems. I accept returns or exchange of items up to 7 days after purchase. I will refund you your purchase price with the initial shipping.
But,if the item is being returned for any reason other than it was not as described, the return shipping is your responsibility.
Please, please convo me before you ship it back as to why your are returning and when it should arrive. I will refund when I receive the item in its original-shipped to you condition.
Online purchases are one of those subjective things. You can’t feel it or touch it – I will provide you with additional photos or more info as you request. HAPPY to do it. I love my shop and am here to do what it takes to provide you with a most wonderful ETSY experience.

All orders will be carefully wrapped and packed in recycled boxes where possible and shipped by USPS unless otherwise noted.

Transit times are provided by the carrier ( USPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, especially on peak periods. If you have an urgent need for an item, please contact me BEFORE ordering and I will do my best.
